TEEN VOLUNTEERS

Teen Volunteer (summer) applications are due 6/1/25!

TEEN VOLUNTEER PROGRAM INFORMATION:

The Teen Volunteer Program is one of the Library's biggest and most popular ongoing programs for teens. It is made up of local teens, ages 13-19 (currently homeschooled, or enrolled in middle school or high school), who are interested in giving back to the community by volunteering for one weekly shift for a variety of tasks and special projects assigned by the Teen Services Librarian. In years past, we have had up to 30 active Teen Volunteers at any given time, volunteering up to 2,000 hours a year!

Teen Volunteer applications for summer are now available and are due 6/1/25.

If you are new to volunteering, you will need to fill out both the Summer 2025 Application and the City Volunteer packet. If you'd like to pick up a blank application and packet, we have these available at the Customer Service Desk.

Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will be out on June 1st.
