Fines and Fees

The Library follows the City of Benicia Master Fee Schedule: City of Benicia Master Fee Schedule.

We do not charge any overdue material fines; we only charge for lost or damaged items.

We offer:

• MP3 Cords: $1.60
• Earbuds: 1.05
• Earbuds with Microphone: $5.30
• Flash Drive: $5.30
• Blank Business Envelope (each): $0.25
• Faxing: $1.00 per page/$25.00 maximum, including any cover page
• Scanning: Free!

Maximum Total Fees per card is $50 in lost items, after which your Library card will be locked.

Lost or Damaged Items:  The original price of the item; we do not take replacements.

Link+ Items Lost or Damaged: The owning library chooses what to charge and can charge up to $115 per item.
