Youth & Adolescent Mental Health Seminar

Dr. Parviz (Paul) Shafaghi, a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, doctor in Clinical Psychology, and founder of Parviz Hypnotherapy & Holistic Center in Benicia California will give a presentation for parents and caregivers on Youth & Adolescent Mental Health. Elements will include:

1) Social Media & Mental Health – Analyzing the effects of platforms like Instagram, YouTube, etc. on self-esteem and anxiety

2) Suicide Prevention Among Teens & Young Adults – Identifying warning signs, intervention strategies, and postvention support

3) Neurodiversity and academics – Discussing ways to support students with ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities.
