"Your Library, Your Card" Art Contest

Enter today! The contest runs through May 18. Winners announced June 2.

We're getting new library cards and we want YOU to help design them! 

We offer four age categories: Under 10, 10-13, 14-17, and 18+.

Submissions accepted until Monday, May 18, 2026. Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of judges, and winners will be announced on June 2, 2026. Winning artwork will be featured on one of the Library's forthcoming new library card designs, available in July. Entry forms are available at the Customer Service Desk or you may download them HERE. You may submit your design in person, through email (library@ci.benicia.ca.us), or by using the form below.



 

Your Library, Your Card Art Contest

By clicking below you are stating that this is your own original artwork and you grant the Benicia Public Library free use of this artwork for promotional purposes knowing it may be used online and/or in print.
You may choose to upload a digital scan of your original artwork. Paper copies may be submitted to the Library in person. Artwork should have the following dimensions: 6.5 x 4 inches.
